![]() ![]() I was starting to be of the believe that it must have been something that has changed on our network. So my question is has anyone come across something similar and do you know what Elements Editor tries to do when it starts up.? I've been through a number of attempts to fix this including the standards of reinstall (from a local location, and a disk and a network location), install it on a new PC (PCs are all running Windows XP SP3) delete the preferences file, start it directly from a shortcut to the editor and not through the shortcut it creates. I have determined that it must go and try to check something on the network because I figured out if I remove the network cable it starts ok. It freezes for approximately 5 minutes then kicks in to life and works ok after that. We have 20 PCs in a school with the program installed but whenever anyone (and I mean anyone - standard domain user, administrator, local user) runs the editor it appears to startup ok but then it immediately freezes and you can't access any menus. ![]() PITA! HELP, if you can.Hi I am having a very annoying problem with Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 that I cannot get to the bottom off. Have you heard of this issue, and/or have there been any other suggestions to FIX the issue? Right now my only work around is to save the file to a PDF or high res JPG and print from another app. ![]() In Googling the issue, there has been a plethora of suggestions Delete settings PSP file, Modify the registry to include MAX memory, holding Spacebar on Print, updating/verifying a current printer driver, changing default printer, uninstalling Windows updates, etc… Some of those seem to fix some folks, but there are many others, like myself, where none of those “fixes” do anything other than take up your valuable time jerking around with. Everything worked fine until PSCC 2019, thereabouts. Attempting to print to HP, EPSON, and other printers. My situation is on Win10 1909, PSCC 2020. Printing works Fine in all the other Adobe, MS, et al, applications. When we go to print, PS says that a printer has not been selected. Something that does not seem to be addressed… Some, including myself and MANY others, have been experiencing… Unable to print in PS. ![]()
